A little about me

I am a generational sewist, a fabric hoarder, a lifelong maker, and a mama to two littles.

Creativity has always been woven into my life. Growing up surrounded by artists, I learned the joy of creating something with my own two hands. Sewing quickly became a passion—a way to slow down, connect, and turn a simple piece of fabric into something meaningful.

I founded Hem & Holler Creative Arts Studio with the hope of creating a welcoming space where people can learn together, inspire one another, and experience the joy of making. Whether you’re threading the needle for the first time or continuing your creative journey, my goal is for everyone to leave feeling confident, encouraged, and proud of what they’ve created.

I had the chance to pattern test the Ophelia Playsuit by @charlotterachantoinette and I’m a big fan. I wore it straight off the sewing machine to go grocery shopping, to the park, and out to dinner. I felt cute and comfortable the entire time!
