Do I need a sewing machine to attend?

Absolutely! Threading, winding bobbins, adjusting tension, or figuring out "Why is it making that noise?"—I've got you covered in my Beginner Sewing Class.

Do you teach kids?

Most of my group workshops are recommended for ages 16 and up so everyone can comfortably keep pace with the class. If you have a child or teen who is interested in sewing, please reach out before registering. Depending on their age, experience, and the class, I may be able to recommend a workshop or arrange private lessons that are a better fit.

What if I make a mistake?

You will—and that's part of learning! I'll help you figure out what happened, show you how to fix it, and we'll keep sewing.

How many people are in each class?

Workshops are limited to 10 participants to allow for plenty of individual instruction and support.
